A lot of middle class families and individuals are seeking help joining the lower income client that receive welfare assistance for that same assistance. Unemployment rates are higher than ever, extended benefits has exhausted. Money is very limited having to turn to family for help but in these days they are struggling too and can not do much. People savings are disappearing and are at the point of truly trying to stretch a dollar. So this can get to be rough for families and individuals trying to make ends meet especially the low-moderate income persons.
